ICT and DRR Gateway (http://drrgateway.net/) provided by the Information and Communications Technology and Disaster Risk Reduction division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, has included DUMBONET as best practice for Asia Pacific E-Resilience Toolkit. This Best Practice utilizes ICT for its own resilience and is associated with the keywords: Increasing Capacity & Protection Retrofitting Assets & Capital Ensuring Redundancy & Backups Enhancing Communication and Coordination.
