AINTEC Travel grants
AINTEC 2019 provides a limited number of travel grants to students, postdocs, or young researchers/faculty members early in their career. We would like to encourage students and young researchers in our related fields to apply. The priority will be given to applicants who contribute to our conference especially either the authors of full paper or poster presenters from the Asian countries as the grants aims to expand and engage young researchers in the region. AINTEC Travel grants support has been provided by ACM SIGCOMM GeoDiversity grant. Through ACM SIGCOMM‘s support, we are able to assist some of attendees financially.
Please consider the following important information before applying: Travel grant awards are meant to partly cover the cost of attending and fully participating AINTEC 2019. The travel grant covers transportation (economy air fare), hotel accommodation, and the conference registration fee. Travel grant recipients must purchase their airplane ticket and then can reimburse that upon arrival at the conference. The conference local organizers will arrange hotel accommodation for the recipients. The number of travel grant awards depends on the availability of funds. The deadline for Travel grant application is July 14th, 2019.
