The Workshop aims to:

Train University network engineering staff on how to develop a strategic design plan for their campus networks
Provide implementation of best practices in campus network design, with particular emphasis on layers 1 and 2
Improve technical skills with university network personnel in operating their physical networks
Strengthen the TEIN technical community (human network) in developing NREN's cyber-infrastructure
