Objectives : 

To provide the participants with in depth technical information on basic concepts of DNS, configuration and operations.

Who should attend? : 

Network engineers, network planners, systems administrators and anyone who is involved in administering Network Operation Centres.

Course Duration : 2 days

Course Contents : 

This training covers the followings topics:
  - DNS concepts
  - BIND (DNS server) and Resolver (DNS client) configurations
  - DNS debugging tools & troubleshooting
  - Reverse DNS

Prerequisite : 

   Basic knowledge about UNIX System Administration and Network Operation.

Mr. Krit Witwiyaruj
Senior System Engineer
Thai Name Server Co., Ltd.

Krit is currently a senior system engineer at Thai Name Server Co., Ltd.,
a non-profit company that takes responsibility for .th country code
Top-Level Domain. He has directly been involved in the development of .th
Registry and Registrar System since 2003 as well as deployment of IDN for Thai.

Krit has over 6 years of fruitful experience in area of DNS administration.
At present, he plays a key role in the operation of Registry-Registrar
System for .th domain, and also the maintenance of Registrar system for
T.H.Nic Co., Ltd.
