Biography of instructor:

Gary Hauser is a Customer Services Trainer for Juniper Networks. Gary currently holds technical certifications as a JNCIE, JNCIP-M and CCIE, as well as the JNI and CCSI instructor certifications. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, GA. USA.

Gary specializes in hands-on workshops on both the M/T-series and J-Series routers. He develops and delivers workshops on many topics, including MPLS, traffic engineering, MPLS VPN’s, advanced ISP routing, designing and implementing IP networks, information
security and network integration. Gary has taught internationally–including in Amsterdam, England, Australia, Singapore, Beijing, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, New Zealand, United States and Canada.

Previous to joining Juniper he was a Senior managing instructor/ consultant delivering courses and participating in network analysis and redesign for Mentor Technologies Inc. as a primary contractor for Cisco Systems Inc in San Jose, CA. Prior to Mentor Technologies Gary worked as a Network Design and Systems Engineer with ADC telecommunications designing large scale corporate network topologies for multi-national fortune 1000 corporations. Gary began his network career as network operations staff member with SURAnet in1989.

Gary co-authored the Juniper Networks routing Reference which was the first book ever published about Juniper based routers with several other senior staff members of Juniper Networks, Inc. He also has authored many courses for Cisco Systems and Juniper Networks as well as serves as a Test Proctor for the JNCIE and JNCIP-M examinations in the APAC region.
