Payments might be remitted in Thai Baht or US Dollar. In case you have difficulties to issue a draft in Thai Baht, you may send a draft in a major currency, but please add $20 (or equivalent) to cover exchange rates and bank charges. Please note this is the least preferable option.

Cancellation of registration

If you wish to cancel your registration please send a request to Mr. Pavel Farhan by stating your registration details within 7 working days before the Conference. A cancellation fee (USD 75) is applicable. If you are unable to attend you can nominate a substitute

To complete payment by bank draft, please ensure that the draft is written in Thai Bahts and it is payable to 'Asian Institute of Technology'.
