Annual TEIN3-HRD NOC Workshop & Working Group Meeting
Date : 30 July - 4 August 2010
Venue : Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand

The TEIN3 Workshop is intended to provide operational training in order to bring them all to the level qualified for the operation/ management network and/or the support of TEIN3 applications. The workshop is an annual workshop where the network operations personnel and managers from the TEIN3 beneficiaries will meet to jointly plan all their collaborations and follow-up activities . The instructors’ team will be joined by APAN NOC community, CERNET Tean and Juniper. During the meetings, a session will be allotted for each NOC to provide a country report on NOC Operations.

Participation:

Each beneficiary member of TEIN3 is to send 3 engineers for the workshop. ALL NOCs are requested to send their nominations (for those who haven’t submitted yet) as soon as possible to help us organize the attendance of the workshop. TEIN3 will provide TWO FULL Supports, covering the cheapest roundtrip economy airfare and Diems for 5 nights, and ONE PARTIAL Support, providing Diems for 5 nights but NO AIRFARES, to each TEIN3 beneficiary. Per Diem allowances is Euro 75/night/per person and maximum allowable Diem is for 5 nights during workshop program. Please reimburse your travel expenses by filling up designated expense claim form after the workshop. To cover all other eligible expenses (e.g. travel in overseas country, accommodation, meals) associated with travels, flat Diem rate is provided as mentioned above. All claims must be signed and sent with the boarding passes and proof of flight costs (original), and full details of NREN's official bank account to which the reimbursement should be sent. No individual reimbursements are accepted. All claims (designated claim form) must be completed through NRENs.

We expect that all nominees have registered by 14 July 2010. Invitation letters are issued upon requests for visa purposes.
