Cancellation of registration
If you wish to cancel your registration please send
a request to
Ms. Wit Hmone
by stating your registration details within 7 working
days before the training day. A cancellation fee (USD
75) is applicable. If you are unable to attend
you can nominate a substitute.
Method of Payment
Payments might be remitted in Thai Baht
or US Dollar. In case
you have difficulties to issue a draft in Thai Baht,
you may send a draft in a major currency, but please
add $20 (or equivalent) to cover exchange rates and
bank charges. Please note this is the least preferable
option.
Check and draft are to be made to the name of Asian
Institute of Technology.
Bank draft
To complete payment by bank draft, please ensure
that the draft is written in Thai Bahts and it is
payable to 'Asian Institute of Technology'. The bank
draft should be sent to the following address, stating
your registration details such as name, organization
and contact details (postal and e-mail address, telephone
and fax numbers).

Credit Card: The credit card information are needed
to be faxed to the organizer. The form will be provided
after submission.
